Group rebuilds historic Box Canon trail – gallery
The Ouray Trail Group recently refurbished part of the Box Canon Trail using volunteers and donations to install 142 wooden steps and new safety cables. Left, from front to back, Ouray Trail volunteers Charlie Winger, Michael Pelkey, Steve Cumella and Hale Houts were among those who recently helped improve the historic pipeline trail section at Box Canon Park.
