Singer-songwriter Hiroya Tsukamoto has been described as eclectic, immersive and mesmerizing.

On Saturday, Ouray audiences will have a chance to listen to him at the Wright Opera House and describe him for themselves.

Tsukamoto, who was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, is bringing his blend of world music, folk and jazz here as part of the Ouray County Performing Arts Guild’s concert series. His music creates soundscapes that are meant to impart a mood of peace and tranquility.
