Dear Editor: The city's new flip-side parking restrictions carry a robust $150 fine, with no restriction of the hours of enforcement. It's a Catch-22. If you drive home from work on Monday and park on the side with the Monday restriction, you're subject to citation and towing the moment you park. However, if you park across the street on the Tuesday side and go to bed for the night, you're only subject to citation and towing between midnight and the time go to work the next morning.
