Dear Editor: Many of us living on the north end of Ouray County are part of the Montrose County School District RE-1J (MCSD). This means we have the opportunity to vote no on the massive $395 million tax increase 5A to build a shiny, “mostly” new Montrose High School with a brand-new football stadium and climbing wall, etc, etc.
