Months of 15- to 20-minute delays on U.S Highway 550 will be over by the start of 2025 as the construction of a wildlife underpass and fencing by the Billy Creek State Wildlife Area and a southbound passing lane adjacent to Pa-Co-Chu-Puk campground at Ridgway State Park wraps up.
