After more than three years of trying to diagnose and remedy mechanical and electrical problems with $8.8 million worth of renovations to the Ouray County Courthouse, county leaders are negotiating final fixes to the building’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning system and electrical system with the project’s contractors.
