The relatives of two women who died in an accident on Camp Bird Road in 2022 are suing the Jeep tour company and the estate of the driver who also died, alleging negligence. According to a lawsuit filed in federal district court on Aug. 9, personal injury attorney Daniel Lipman of Denver is asking the court to make Colorado West Jeep Rentals, its owners, and the estate of Don Fehd, the deceased driver, pay damages under the Colorado Wrongful Death Act. Records indicate they are asking for more than $75,000 in damages.
