Massive amounts of rain in Ouray County in the last several days have triggered flooding, mudslides and rockfall in several areas, including on Fedel Court at the north end of Ouray. A large debris buildup along Bridal Veil Creek above the road caused stormwater to rush out of the channel it normally slow in and down into the subdivision on Monday, according to Ouray Public Works Director Joe Coleman.
