One adult and two children were rescued from Canyon Creek on Monday afternoon, after Ouray Mountain Rescue Team was paged to help them around 12:45 p.m..

The visitors – a father and his two sons, aged 10 and 13 – had been canyoneering, according to rescue team spokesman David Mullings.
