Homeowner allowed temporary leave of absence after listing home for rent without permission

The owner of one of the Wetterhorn affordable houses will be allowed to rent out her place, after the agency charged with enforcing the deed restrictions found she had posted the home for rent online site without permission and for a higher rent than allowed, according to the rules.
