Clarke, who orchestrated millions in projects for Ouray, to step down within weeks
Ouray City Administrator Silas Clarke will leave his position sometime in the coming weeks, concluding a tenure in which he spearheaded the investment of tens of millions of dollars in infrastructure to benefit residents and tourists alike and wrestled with problems with the Ouray Police Department at the end. Clarke has not identified an effective date of his resignation in order to give city councilors a head start on finding his replacement.
