Dear Editor: A recent letter to the editor criticizing an affordable rental development on Oak Street would have been alarming, had it contained even a single statement of fact. It is a sad predicament when a community member chooses not to educate themselves on local issues, and then proceeds to publicly misinform others. This does nothing but create dissension within our community, and completely ignores the reality of the thoughtful and informed efforts to address a long overdue and neglected need within the city.
