Dear Editor: Each fall when I go to the dam at the end of Crystal Reservoir I see cars parked along Highway 550 with license plates from all over the country. I meet people including professional landscape photographers clicking their cellphone cameras and multi-thousand dollar digital single-lens reflex cameras at the sight of the yellow aspens and Red Mountain reflected in the water.
