The 48th annual Friends of the Ouray Library luncheon and fashion show on Saturday filled the Massard Room at the Ouray Community Center. Volunteer models wore ensembles from Tara’s Boutique in Delta to help raise funds for the event, which supports the Ouray Public Library.
