Who is Ouray John Doe?

For more than two decades the unknown man’s remains were kept in a storage freezer in the Pathology Department of Montrose Memorial Hospital, forgotten to time — and by law enforcement officers and medical professionals tasked with figuring out who he was and what happened to him.
