Thankful for temporary tax credit, wary of more initiatives

Dear Editor: The main purpose of this letter to the editor is to thank the following property taxing districts for taking a ‘temporary credit’ to lower their 2024 mill levies: City of Ouray (2.98), Loghill Village Park & Recreation District (0.297), Ridgway Library District (0.888), and Tri-County Water Conservancy District (0.313).
