Cedar Hill Cemetery board member John Hart walks through the cemetery, where he’s spent a lot of time since joining the board as a volunteer last year. Hart has spent his own free time cleaning out ditches, trying to fix irrigation problems and performing cemetery maintenance due to a backlog of issues.
