Dear Editor: Here we are again, this time with two rape cases at the same time and a second appearance by a prior defendant in Ouray County. It is encouraging that the Colorado Bureau of Investigation is on the job this time, with state-level visibility putting pressure on prosecutors in the 7th Judicial District. Good calls on the part of local law enforcement.
