Dear Editor: I am writing to express my deep concern and dismay over the recent incident involving the alleged sexual assault of a minor by the police chief's stepson and two other men, with the alleged occurrence taking place while the police chief was present in the same residence. What is even more troubling is the chief's subsequent silence and lack of any comment on this grave matter.
