Updated resolution secures public winter road access

In a win for winter recreationists and environmentalists, Ouray County commissioners last month approved an updated resolution designating certain county roads for over-snow travel only. That update prohibits individuals or associations that enter private winter maintenance agreements with Ouray County from installing physical barriers within public right-of-ways.
