Town manager receives raise, high praise

With an overwhelmingly positive performance review in hand, Ridgway Town Manager Preston Neill will receive a nearly 7% pay raise in 2024. That raise comes after the Ridgway Town Council last week unanimously agreed to increase his compensation, which is currently $120,347. Neill will now make $128,422 annually.
