Prairie dog outrage prompts changes

Following public outcry over Top of the Pines' prairie dog poisonings, Ouray County commissioners Tuesday agreed to amend the management agreement between the county and the nonprofit group. The county will also undertake an environmental study at the site to assess wildlife populations.
