All Ridgway town employees could receive a slight pay raise should the Ridgway Town Council include a recommendation to make pay more competitive in its upcoming budget. That recommendation, which councilors considered during an Oct. 21 budget retreat, accompanied discussions on how to fund affordable housing and the town's capital improvement project plans.
