Dear Editor: In a letter to the editor published in the Aug. 17 Plaindealer, Gillian Jacobson claimed that a Planning Commission hearing was “not held at the published framework for Planning Commission day or time.” I want to set the record straight. I am not sure what “framework” is supposed to mean here, but I do know that all council and committee meetings that the city has held during my tenure as mayor, public notice has been properly given.
