August 16, 1973 - Colorado cattlemen and law enforcement agencies agreed to join in a united effort to deter rustling of cattle during an emergency meeting called by Gov. John Vanderhoof at the Capitol last week. The emergency session was the result of a meeting Aug. 7 of State Board of Stock Inspection and the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association’s Brand & Theft Committee.
