July 26, 1973 - A ramshackle playhouse constructed of old boards by a couple of children was the object of attention of the Ouray Fire Department Tuesday afternoon. Two children, ages 6 and 7, had been playing with matches in the playhouse and set it on fire. The blaze was put out quickly by the fire department, with minimal damage to the structure other than the scattering of the loosely piled boards which made up the building. The playhouse was on property owned by Victor Dalpaz and was near the alley behind the Dalpaz residence on Fourth Street.
