A man suspected of threatening to run over law enforcement officers, trespassing, stealing his own vehicle from an impound lot by driving it through a gate and other offenses was cited by three different agencies in the past week and booked into the Montrose County Jail.

Dale Stokely, 53, was arrested by the Ridgway Marshal’s Office, the Ouray County Sheriff’s Office and the Montrose County Sheriff’s Office for a string of incidents that happened in the past week.
