The Ridgway Workforce and Affordable Housing Committee approved on Tuesday three of the five exception requests to the lottery for the Wetterhorn Homes project, denying two applicants who work in Telluride.

While the committee didn’t have any income or asset exceptions to consider, previously denied individuals applied for exceptions to other criteria if they believed they had a compelling case.
