The Ridgway Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend Town Council adopt new changes to its planning and zoning regulations, after a months-long revision process and development moratorium.

Last August, the town halted most new development applications until the adoption of changes to Chapter 7 of the municipal code, in an effort to clarify and streamline processes.
