No matter where she lands in life, Ouray County Performing Arts Guild Executive Director Erin Cawley seems to find her way to the stage.

Cawley has deep roots in the performing arts community, including degrees in theater and humanities from Yale University and a master’s in theater from Texas Tech University. She’s taught theater off and on since she was 18, whether at a summer camp or as head of the performing arts faculty at an all-girls school in Rhode Island.
