Ouray tax revenue dropped in February compared to all-time highs last year, as receipts from sales and lodging taxes slid by double digits.

The city collected $145,936 in sales tax in February, down more than 10% from the $163,100 collected in February 2022.

February sales tax revenue is remitted to the city in March and reported in April.
