Dear Editor:

Many of us in Ridgway are forced to use a post office box, either because of the ¼ mile delivery rule or for some other reason.

This causes problems for us because the Post Office makes its address database available to commercial businesses (for example: UPS, FedEx and Verizon) so they can verify an address as being entered correctly when we order or ship something from an online website.
