Some Ouray residents are throwing cold water on the City Council’s idea to sell alcohol at the Hot Springs Pool.

Four of them stood before the council on Monday to ask questions and express their opposition to a potential pilot program in which alcohol would be sold and consumed within a limited area of the pool grounds.
