Dear Editor: I am writing this letter to highlight the Four Winds proposed development located adjacent to the established Vista Terrace Subdivision in Ridgway.

The application approval process for this development has dragged on since April 2022, due to major issues associated with the geographical location, coupled with very strong neighborhood resistance to the project.
