Short-term rentals are a touchy subject, but it is very personal to us.

Oftentimes STRs are considered the “evil twin” that is to blame for the lack of affordable housing. I’d like to offer our perspective as to why we own and operate a STR in Ouray County to the voters of Ouray County before another egregious lodging tax is imposed like the one that was imposed for the city of Ouray.
