Fees charged by the city of Ouray for everything from development and sign permits to short-term rental applications and building inspections will increase significantly under a proposal presented to the City Council on Tuesday night.

While a handful of fees would remain the same or decrease, fees could double, triple or quadruple in several instances, according to a new master fee schedule.
