City takes ‘do as I say, not as I do’ approach to snow clearing

After reading your article regarding the new snow shoveling code, I would like to offer some opinions and to pose some questions regarding the new code.
In my opinion, salt is not good to use.
Looking at the the new asphalt on Highway 550, you see a dull gray color because the magnesium chloride has dried the oil off the highway.
