The Ouray City Council officially signed off Monday on another round of rate increases at the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Fitness Center, promising a series of improvements in the coming months for which the additional revenue will help pay.

Daily admission, punch passes and memberships will all go up March 1 even as the city continues to grapple with reduced water flows and cooler temperatures in the three sections of the pool fed by geothermal water.
