January 18, 1973 – Ted Wing of Mesa Engineering was present at the Ridgway Town Council meeting last week, and said he had contacted Bill Wright in regards to purchasing property belonging to him for the sewer treatment plant. Wing received a very cool reception because Ridgway was named in the suit in opposition to water diversion from Dallas Ditch to Log Hill Mesa.
