Ouray County Attorney Leo Caselli earned near-perfect scores from commissioners on his first annual performance review, which was approved by the board on Monday.

He was scored on 17 categories that evaluated job-related characteristics, technical skills and accomplishments, and earned perfect scores from the board on all but three of those areas.
