Man accused of possessing child porn

A Ridgway man who initially came under police investigation four years ago was arrested last month on charges he possessed hundred of images of child pornography.

Ouray police, with the help of the Ouray County Sheriff’s Office and the Ridgway Marshal’s Office, arrested Brandon William Jacobson, 27, at his home on County Road 23 on Nov. 26. He was booked him into the Montrose County Jail on a no-bond warrant alleging two felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
