TABOR is working as it should â and that’s a good thing

Colorado’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights is working. Be glad it does.
The recent letter advocating destroying TABOR took the low road advocating Colorado use excess taxes to (maybe) increase teacher salaries.
I lived in Colorado in the 1970s when concerned people began to wonder how to put some sideboards on the unrestrained state spending that was crushing them. It took almost 20 years to pass TABOR.
