The Ouray County Regional Service Authority board, which oversees the taxpayer-funded building that houses Cedar Point Health’s Ridgway office, approved a budget for next year that includes $100,000 for replacing flooring.

The building was previously rented by Mountain Medical Center, LLC, owned by Dr. Joel Gates, but the company merged with Montrose-based Cedar Point Health earlier this year.
