Drivers should expect delays on Highway 550 between Ouray and Colona as the ongoing repaving project will continue through this month and resume in the spring. The Colorado Department of Transportation repaving project, which stretches 22 miles, started last spring and will continue “as long as Mother Nature allows” until a winter shutdown, spokeswoman Lisa Schwantes said.
