Ridgway board OKs development

The Ridgway Planning Commission recommended approval of a final plat for Vista Park Commons, a 23-unit development on Redcliff Drive that has been in the works for more than five years.

Developers Jack Young and Joe Nelson have applied to build 19 single family homes and two duplexes on the 2.44-acre lot on Ridgway’s east side. Two of the units will be deed-restricted, with sale price capped at no more than 110% of the cost of construction.
