Dear Editor: I have met Marc Catlin on a number of occasions and have been impressed with his level of knowledge on the water resources here in District 58 and for that fact all of Colorado. He has been appointed the vice chair of the Agriculture, Livestock and Water Committee. This has a big influence on the people of western Colorado.

One of the interesting facts about Marc Catlin is that in Colorado’s history there has not been a vice chair appointed from the minority party to this position....
