Factors in favor of fire tax hike
Dear Editor: In my opinion, the most relevant information to consider when deciding how to vote on Ballot Issue 6A is the exponential increase in the number of structures within the Ridgway Fire District, combined with frightening increase in the potential for wildfire as our historic drought drags on. Based on those two factors alone, I urge voters within the Fire District vote FOR Ballot Issue 6A.
