Ouray County has about $880,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to spend, and earlier this month each county department had the opportunity to tell commissioners how it would like to use the money. Requests included help purchasing a new ambulance for Emergency Medical Services and development of the Mall Road property in Ridgway housing the Road and Bridge, Weed and Land Use departments.
