High-speed fiber internet is coming to around 700 homes in the North Log Hill, Idlewild and Elk Meadows neighborhoods of Ouray County.

Clearnetworx, the sister company of Deeply Digital, which installed fiber lines between Ridgway and Ouray last year as part of a grant obtained by the county, received about $6 million from the State Broadband Development Board for the projects, which provides funds for fiber projects in underserved areas.
