Planning board delays subdivision decision
The Ridgway Planning Commission gave developers of a controversial proposed subdivision four months to come back with a revised plan, after more than two hours of discussion Tuesday night about safety and infrastructure concerns.
Chris Hawkins, president of Alpine Planning, applied for a sketch plan for the Four Winds subdivision, splitting 43 acres into lots for 20 single-family residential homes and 12.74 acres of open space.
